BUAD 356 Lead Generation in Professional Sales

This course provides students the principles, concepts and theories in lead generation in professional sales. The covered topics include industry trends, lead generation tools and processes, social media tools, marketing and sales funnels, and program analysis. Successful students will earn two certifications in Customer Relationship Systems. The course is appropriate for business and non-business majors.
