ARTS 482 Storyboarding
ARTS 482 is an advanced animation course that allows students to learn the process of storyboarding using video editing software and traditional / digital drawing. Through readings, in-class instruction, and supplementary assignments, students will learn to read and interpret a script, draw storyboard sequences, and create/edit animatics. Students will also work on a semester-long animatic project. This course will cover the many uses for boarding and explore the different career paths for storyboard artists working in animation and with other visual narrative forms.
