LEAD 490 Internship in Leadership
This course offers students the opportunity to put leadership principles into action through a supervised internship experience. Students will partner with an organization to apply leadership theories in real-world settings, gaining practical skills in communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and ethical decision-making. Throughout the internship, students will reflect on their personal and professional growth, identifying areas for development and setting goals for future leadership roles.
LEAD 490 is open to all students interested in enhancing their leadership capabilities and preparing for leadership roles in diverse professional environments.
