BUAD 427 Applied Quality Operations

This course applies the concepts learned in BUAD 327 with an emphasis on systematic problem solving in various areas of organizational operations. The course uses discussions concerning contemporary quality operation techniques and concerns, problems, computer applications, and a live project to understand a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods and tools of analysis currently used to manage and improve operations. Students are expected to apply relevant aspects of their operational knowledge to a live project and present their findings to a course client.
