BUAD 499 Strategic Management
Strategy is both the science and art of understanding which opportunities to pursue for success. The science of strategy is developed with the understanding and application of various tools and concepts. In this class, students will learn those concepts and tools in order to be able to apply them in real business situations. Strategic management also allows business students to integrate concepts learned throughout their curriculum.
